In consideration of the conveyance in exchange, Albemarle Cator conveys; Elizabeth Cator releases (from her jointure); the third parties as trustees convey and the 4th and 5th parties as mortgagees convey the property to Ingram and Brown to hold in fee simple as joint tenants freed from all mortgages and jointures. Ingram and Brown convey land in Beckenham (containing 1 rood and 18 1/4 perches) in exchange, to the 7th parties to hold in trust. Includes schedule of related deeds and a map of lands.
