The Inclosure Commissioners for England and Wales declare that lands in the first schedule shall become part of the land and hereditaments of Albemarle Cator, in exchange for lands in the second schedule with the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor in Beckenham. First schedule refers to coppice ground and adjacent arable land in Beckenham, and the second refers to a piece of land in the north side of the high road leading from Beckenham to Bromley. Includes a map showing both plots of land, which are on either side of the London, Chatham and Dover Railway. |
